Is PPAP / IATF required?
Only if the customer specification asks for it. Documentation scope is written in the quote.
Visible A-surface?
Gate and ejector marks are planned up front and approved on the T0 sample.
How long does a tool take?
Typical mold plus T0 is 4–8 weeks once the STEP is in. Quote reply is usually 1 business day (Mon–Sat).
