T0 sampling: first shots to approval
From first injection to approved sample — parameters, dims and revisions.
T0 is the first injection sample lot on the production tool. Parameters are logged so later series stays repeatable.
Dims, flash and surface notes drive tool revisions. Usually one to three loops close the approval.
After sign-off, the same parameter set supports contract series or handoff.
Typical sequence
- Mount and dry cycle
- First shots / purge
- Dim sheet and surface review
- Tool revision if needed
- Approved sample package
